Single Visit

• 60 minutes – $100
  Includes: Discovery call (via telehealth), individualized nutrition plan, and an initial supplement protocol.

Follow-Up Visits

• 30 minutes – $45

Package 1: Comprehensive 1-Month Support

• $250
  Includes:

  • Discovery call (telehealth)

  • Individualized nutrition plan with supplement protocol

  • 7-day meal plan

  • Weekly 30-minute follow-up calls

  • Ongoing email support

Package 2: Enhanced Support

• $450/month
  Includes everything from Package 1, plus:

  • Weekly 60-minute follow-up calls

  • Unlimited email support

  • Four weekly 7-day meal plans for greater variety

Functional Medicine Testing
Functional testing is recommended on an individual basis. Patients are encouraged to bring conventional lab results to the initial visit to determine if additional functional tests are necessary. Testing is ordered separately and is not included in packages.

Insurance Information
A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance carrier. While I do not bill insurance directly, many companies cover some portion of nutrition services, depending on your state. Functional testing may also be eligible for coverage.
