1 cup coconut water (kevita fermented is a good brand, make sure its unsweetened) or unsweetened aloe water

1/4 cup purple cabbage

2 handfusl of fresh spinach

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 Tbsp shredded coconut

2 Tbsp ground flax seed

1/2 avocado

1-2 scoop hydrolyzed beef protein powder (I like Be Well Kelly) or Sprout Living Pumpkin Seed Protein

1 scoop probiotic powder such as ProbioMax

1 scoop GI revive

Cauliflower Blue Smoothie Bowl

1 cup cauliflower rice, frozen

1/2 cup blueberries

1 cup organic unsweetened nut milk

2-4 scoops collagen peptides (Great Lakes vanilla flavor is a great option!)

2 tablespoon almond butter

1 tsp E3 Blue Majik spirulina powder

Optional toppings- mint leaves, berries, coconut
